Premium Fibre Optic Otosccope

  • Large slide aside 2.5x lens for clear view of aural structures and foreign body removal procedures under magnification.
  • Fibre optics produce a ring of even light for an unobstructed, glare-free view.
  • Insufflation port for manipulation of the tympanic membrane (bulb not included)
  • Soft brow-rest suitable for use with spectacles.
  • Smooth, variable illumination strength and via the rheostat handle.

Practitioner Ophthalmoscope

  • 6 apertures:
    • Small - allows quick entry into small, undilated pupils.
    • Medium- provides excellent view of fundus through an undilated pupil.
    • Large - general examination of the eye through dilated pupil.
    • Fixation Star - graduated cross-hairs for measuring eccentric fixation or locating lesions.
    • Slit - used to determine levels of lesions and tumors.
    • Cobalt blue - used with flourescein dye to view small lesions, abrasions and foreign objects on the cornea.
    • 1 filter can be used in conjunction with any of the above apertures:
    • Red-Free filter - filters out red light for easy identification of veins, arteries and nerve fibers.
  • 28 focusing lenses with a range of -25 to +40 diopters, adjustable via easy-to-reach maywheel.
