How much commission do you pay?
We pay a flat 5% commission on any completed sale that we despatch to the customer, this is calculaated excluding GST and delivery charges.

How does it work?
When you sign up to the Medisave affiliate program you have your own control panel that allows you to build text and banner links to our site. When a customer clicks through to our site we track this with the use of a 30 day cookie, If a sale takes place with this cookie present within 30 days the commission will be triggered.

How can I track sales and how well the links are doing?
When you sign up to our prgram you have your own control panel, this will give you information on sales data such as individual page, link, banner impressions as well as conversion rates. This allows our affiliates to see what pages / type of pages / products are working best.

How often do I get paid?
We pay commissions quarterly by your choice of cheque, BACs or paypal, however we do have a minimum payment threshold of $150.

What happens if a sale takes place that is generated from 2 different affiliate clicks?
The last most recent affiliate click will be awarded the commission

Can I use my own banners?
You may create your own banners as long as they are not misleading and represent the product in a true way. We will check all new incoming banners ona regular basis.

Do you have a multi-tier program?
At present we do not - however we will offer extend the program to multi-tier in the second half of 2007.

Can I link to individual categories or products?
Yes you can, your control panel will help you build the links you need.
